Please note that due to the perishable nature of our ice cream products, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges once a delivery is completed. If there is an issue with your order due to the following reasons,
i) incorrect items delivered
ii) incorrect quantity of items delivered
iii) product damage

Do write to us on [email protected] with the subject – ‘Delivery Gone Wrong’ and our team will reach out to you to resolve the issue!  Refund Request to be raised within 2hrs of delivery.

Refunds will be processed within 7-8 working days.
